The sun has finally come out in Ashford ready for the Easter weekend, but things haven’t slowed down on site as we edge ever closer to opening day!
Our official opening of the restaurant, bar, shop and garden terrace will be Friday 10th May. I, and the team cannot wait to welcome you to the venue. We’re really excited about opening the doors and hopeful you’re going to agree it was worth the wait. Look out next week for details on how to book a table in our restaurant and stay tuned to our social accounts for news of soft launch openings ahead of the official opening!
The landscaping work is really starting to come together, with the perimeter fence now almost fully complete, tarmacking well underway and the first of our foliage being planted around our outdoor seating area, which is going to be a great place to sit out in the sun with a Curious Brew.
The restaurant is also starting to take shape. The bar area, along with the tank beer system is almost complete and the kitchen fit out is less than a week away from completion.
Meanwhile in the Brewery hall…..our Boiler system has finally arrived. This will heat the water that will supply our Brewhouse and cleaning systems throughout the Brewery. With most of our Brewing equipment now on site!
Looking forward to this weekend though – for those in London be sure to stop off at the Chapel Down Gin Works at Kings Cross, Friday 19th – Monday 22nd, where our Curious Landy will be parked up taking residency and serving beer across what looks like is going to be a great weekend! And next week those local to the brewery in Ashford you are welcome to join us between 7:30pm – 9:30pm on Tuesday 23rd at Hooden Smoke House and on Wednesday 24th at The Glass House where the team and I will be hosting a couple of Meet the Brewer Evenings!
